SUPPLEMENTS & MAKEUP:
We regret to inform you we are unable, by law, to accept returns of any vitamins and supplements. These items cannot be resold and are disposed of in the correct manner. We are also unable to accept returns of make up items for hygienic reasons.
However, if we have made a mistake or the product is faulty, we will accept returns as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and return the product within 14 days. We will refund the amount paid or resend the product once the item has been returned.
If you are not fully satisfied with any other item you have received, we will accept returns as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and we receive the product back within 14 days. We will refund the amount paid or resend the product once the item has been returned.
All returned products must be in their original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us and so a copy of your receipt must be included with the returned item(s).
Please note that £2.90 postage/shipping is not refunded on items returned for any reason other than being sent a wrong or faulty item. This includes instances where your order value exceeds £20 and qualified for free delivery.
Any return which does not meet the conditions set above will not be refunded or replaced.
